Avoid contact with all moisture and chemicals. This includes lotion, perfumes, makeup, salt or chlorine water, hair styling products, and food.

Remove your jewelry before bathing, swimming, or exercising.

Store jewelry in a cloth bag or jewelry box when traveling (or anytime it is not being worn) to avoid scratches, loss or damage.

PROCESSING: Orders usually take 1-2 business days to process. Time typically increases during sales, product releases, and holidays. 

SHIPPING: Orders are shipped via USPS First Class by default, which varies between 5-8 business days. Priority Mail can be selected at checkout for 2-day shipping. We offer Free Shipping in the US for orders over $70.

RETURNS: We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase (exclusions apply). Items must be unworn and unwashed with the original tag attached. If buying a set or gift box, all items included must be returned and unopened to qualify for a return or exchange. All sale items are FINAL sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
